Daily Workflow in ServiceTitan

  • Morning: Check your scheduled appointments — review customer history, prior tech notes, and job details for each.
  • Before each appointment: Pull up the customer record. Read notes, check existing estimates, verify address.
  • During the appointment: Build estimates in ServiceTitan with Good/Better/Best options. Take and attach photos. Document findings in notes.
  • After the appointment: Update the job outcome — sold, unsold, follow-up needed. Set follow-up tasks.
