Ongoing — daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks for the facility.
Procedure
Daily Tasks
Common areas (break room, restrooms, lobby) are cleaned and stocked.
Shop/warehouse walkthrough — no trip hazards, tools stored properly, aisles clear.
Trash emptied from all areas.
Front entrance and customer-facing areas are presentable.
HVAC system operating (report issues immediately — we're a plumbing company, the office needs to work).Weekly Tasks
Deep clean of break room and restrooms.
Inventory of office supplies — restock as needed.
Shop organization — tools returned to proper locations, materials organized.
Check fire extinguishers and first aid kit — report expired or missing items.
