Organizational Chart & Key Contacts
Purpose
Show new employees how Spartan Plumbing is organized and who to contact for different types of questions or issues.
Organizational Structure
Leadership
- Josh Ferguson — Owner. Strategic direction, major decisions, and escalation point for serious issues
- Operations Manager — Day-to-day operations oversight, scheduling, and team coordination
Field Teams
- Service Technicians — Handle diagnostic and repair calls. Report to their team lead/supervisor
- Install Technicians — Handle installation projects (water heaters, repiping, sewer lines). Report to the install supervisor
- Sales Representatives — Handle in-home consultations and proposals. Report to the sales manager
- Apprentices — Paired with senior technicians for training and development
Office Team
- CSRs (Customer Service Representatives) — Handle inbound calls, booking, and customer communication
- Dispatchers — Manage the dispatch board, coordinate technician schedules, and handle real-time job routing
- Office/Admin — Handle billing, payroll coordination, HR paperwork, and vendor management

Important Notes
- During your first 90 days, your onboarding buddy or mentor is your first point of contact for most questions
- If you do not know who to ask, ask anyone — Spartan is a team, and someone will point you in the right direction
