Procedure
Pre-Walkthrough Checklist
All work is complete and tested per scope
All inspections passed (if required)
Work area is cleaned — drop cloths removed, debris cleared, surfaces wiped
Tools and materials are packed up
Old equipment is loaded on the truck for disposal
All photos and documentation uploaded to ServiceTitan
Final tests complete: pressure, leak, CO, operationCustomer Walkthrough
Walk the homeowner through every piece of completed work
Demonstrate operation: show them how to use new equipment
Point out shutoff locations they should know
Explain warranty: what is covered, for how long, how to contact us for warranty service
Provide maintenance recommendations

Ensure all ServiceTitan records are complete: notes, photos, time, materials
Collect final payment per Payment Policy
Request a Google review: "Would you mind sharing your experience with a Google review?"
Share the Google review link
Provide Spartan business card and referral information
Confirm any follow-up items with the customer and dispatchProperty Restoration
Verify the property is restored to its original condition (or better)
For excavation: surface is properly restored, excess dirt removed or mounded for settling
For interior work: wall/ceiling patches are complete or scheduled with contractor
Remove all Spartan materials from the propertyImportant Notes
- The final walkthrough is the customer's last impression — make it count
- Warranty registration with the manufacturer should be done before leaving (or same day)
- If any punch list items remain, document them and schedule a return visit
- Apply Spartan installation sticker on new equipment with date and service info
- Close the job in ServiceTitan — open jobs create downstream problems
