Review the Sales to Install form — verify all details match the scope of work
Check ServiceTitan for customer notes, access instructions, and special requirements
Confirm job start time and customer availability
Review permit status — is the permit pulled? If not, coordinate with office before arrival

Verify all materials for the job are loaded on the truck the day before
Cross-reference the material list from the estimate against what is loaded
Check for specialty items: specific water heater model, custom fittings, treatment equipment
Tradeshift orders should be confirmed as received before loading

Ensure all required tools are loaded and in working condition
Specialty tools (press tool, camera, jetter) — confirm checkout from shop
Cutting tools: proper blades for the materials you will be working with

Brief the crew on the job scope, timeline, and any special considerations

- The Sales to Install form is your primary job specification — if something is unclear, call sales or the office before going
- Material staging the night before prevents morning delays
- If materials are missing, notify the office immediately — do not improvise
