Vendor Contact List
Overview
Spartan's reference list of key vendors, suppliers, and service contacts. Production Concierge maintains the master list — this card captures the current known vendors and how to order. All purchases go through Tradeshift (Spartan's purchasing platform). ## Purchasing Process at Spartan
All material purchases must go through Tradeshift (Spartan's purchasing platform, backed by American Express business card). Do NOT use personal cards for business purchases without prior authorization. Tradeshift request format (required): Job PO number, vendor name, dollar amount. For personal tool purchases: personal tool balance and item requested. - Tradeshift access for card management: restricted to designated admin personnel (the Office Admin, Josh G. ). Contact them to add new vendors or for card management. - Adding new vendors: "To order from a vendor not already in the system, the vendor needs to be added to both Tradeshift and ServiceTitan. This ensures proper tracking and payment processing. "
- Credit card cancellations caused order disruptions when Spartan switched to Tradeshift — always confirm a new vendor is active in the system before placing a large order. ## Current Key Vendors
Confirm current preferred vendors and accounts with Operations Manager — this list reflects known vendors at time of publication.

## Emergency Parts Purchasing
When a job requires an emergency same-day part purchase not available through standard channels:
1. Request a virtual card from admin (provide: location, PO/job name, amount)
2. Admin provides card number, expiration, CVC
3. Keep all receipts; log in ServiceTitan under job expenses
