Install Tech Onboarding Overview (90-Day Plan)
Overview
This card outlines the complete 90-day onboarding program for all new Spartan Plumbing installation technicians. Install techs work larger jobs — water heater replacements, repiping, sewer line work, tankless units, and full system installations. This program is more technically intensive than service tech onboarding and includes a permit certification component.
Who This Applies To
All newly hired Install Technicians at Spartan Plumbing, and service techs transitioning into installation roles.
