## Slack Operational Insights
5-Star Door Greet is the Day 1 standard (Slack: multiple job channels): From Week 1, new techs must know the Spartan arrival checklist: state ETA in Slack, announce arrival, perform 5-Star Door Greet, conduct customer walkthrough, and photograph main shut-off valve, PRV, angle stops, drain cleanouts, and any visible corrosion or leaks. This checklist is non-negotiable and monitored by dispatch. Fit check before dispatch starts in Week 1 (Slack: #dm-twoods): Technicians must submit a fit check (photo of uniform and clean vehicle) before dispatch. From Day 1, this habit should be established. Standards not met = resubmission or sent home unpaid. Monday Morning Meeting at 7:30 AM is mandatory (Spartan standard): All field staff attend every Monday. New techs are no exception — introduce this expectation in Week 1.
