Payroll & Direct Deposit Setup

Policy Statement

All Spartan Plumbing employees are paid via direct deposit through Paylocity. This card explains the payroll schedule, direct deposit setup, and how to access pay information. ## Who This Applies To

All Spartan Plumbing employees. ## Payroll Schedule

- Pay frequency: confirm current schedule with the Office Admin (weekly or bi-weekly — confirm at onboarding)

- Pay day: confirm current pay day with the Office Admin

- Paylocity sends a notification when payroll is processed

## Direct Deposit Setup

1. Log in to Paylocity using credentials provided during onboarding

2. Navigate to Pay > Direct Deposit

3. Enter your bank account routing and account numbers

4. Set up split deposit if desired (e. g. , primary checking + savings)

5. Direct deposit is active by the next payroll cycle after setup

If you do not set up direct deposit, a paper check will be issued — but direct deposit is strongly preferred and expected. ## Accessing Pay Stubs

- Log in to Paylocity

- Navigate to Pay > Pay History

- View or download any pay stub

## Payroll Deductions

Your pay stub will reflect:

- Federal and Ohio state income tax withholding (per your W-4)

- Social Security and Medicare (FICA)

- Benefits deductions (health, dental, vision, disability — if enrolled)

- Any voluntary deductions (retirement contributions, etc. )

## Timesheet and Hours

- Field staff: hours tracked via ServiceTitan time entries on jobs

- Office staff: hours logged in Paylocity or as directed by Office Admin

- Any timesheet discrepancy must be reported to the Office Admin within 3 days of the pay period close
